So, what does this experience look like? At-a-glance...
1. We host Immersion Days to provide meaningful exercises inviting your unique perspectives on initiatives across the company;
2. The entire intern class will collectively put their skills and experiences together to develop and pitch an advertising campaign, leveraging all iHeart's platforms;
3. Engage in a weekly speaker series hosted by leaders from all divisions of the company.
In this entry-level role, you'll learn the ropes of product management, contributing to the roadmap and feature enhancements that keep our listeners tuned in and engaged. You'll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams, understanding the lifecycle of product development from concept to launch.

What You'll Do:

  • Research & Discovery: Assist with research on user problems and help identify product enhancements to solve them.

  • Market Analysis: Perform analysis of competitors and identify competitive threats.

  • Agile Development: Partner with engineering teams to help scope and size solutions while attending daily stand-ups and sprint planning.

  • Product Testing: Help validate product hypotheses through usage analytics and A/B testing.

  • Go-to-Market: Assist with strategy for new features, including creating communications for marketing and sales teams.

What You'll Need:

  • Current enrollment in a related undergraduate degree program (business, tech, design)

  • Communication: Strong verbal and writing skills, with a knack for explaining complex info simply

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply objective judgment to business problems

  • Strong desire to learn about product management and the audio industry

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
