Grow revenue through strategic account expansion and new business acquisition; develop and deliver compelling sponsorship pitches grounded in audience data, content IP, and advertiser objectives
Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Artist Partnerships, and Marketing to bring sponsorship programs from concept to execution
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by achieving monthly KPIs across customer presentations, proposal delivery, close rates, and funnel reporting cadences
Serve as the senior relationship owner for C-suite client and agency stakeholders, building long-term partnerships through consistent delivery and strategic counsel
Lead client engagements end-to-end - from needs discovery and contract negotiation to campaign updates and post-project feedback loops
Champion quarterly strategic initiatives that advance team capabilities, operational excellence, or new revenue streams beyond day-to-day account management
Own the full lifecycle of client sponsorship programs, coordinating internal teams on timelines, creative deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless execution
Manage project-level P&L accountability and uphold quality standards across all sponsorship deliverables and campaign outputs

This important Sales role will oversee and manage all aspects of planning and building new opportunities for the sales teams across Amazon. We value your knowledge and respect for the music community, your resourcefulness, your self-starter style and independent attitude, just as much as your ability to work effectively in a high intensity environment.
About the team
