General Description
Provide clerical and office support in the Music Department.
Essential Job Duties
1. Create documents using MS Office and Canva
2. Organize and file documents
3. Answer phones and take messages
4. Greet guests and provide customer service to visitors
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
1. Must be familiar with MS Office to create Word and Excel documents
2. Possess basic knowledge of music terms, composers, and music genres
3. Good keyboarding (typing) skills
4. Good organization skills and detail oriented
