Who We Are
Quint is the industry-leading provider of official tickets and hospitality packages to the world's most prominent sports and entertainment events. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with offices in six countries, Quint's global footprint and proprietary technology platform continue to be the foundation of its exponential growth.
Quint's innovative programs enable partnership properties to expand fan experiences and corporate client entertainment opportunities in a way that reflects the quality and prestige of those brands. Quint has a portfolio of 15+ official property partnerships servicing over 90 events, including Formula 1, NBA, Kentucky Derby, MotoGP, Breeders' Cup, Belmont Stakes, and the NHL.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and highly collaborative Associate Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for the NBA Experiences, WNBA Experiences and related basketball programs.
This role will serve as a senior marketing leader and key day-to-day marketing partner to the NBA, owning the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across a portfolio of high-profile NBA tentpole events, global games, and experiences. The Associate Director will translate business objectives and sales goals into innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, leads, and revenue.
As a steward of the NBA Experiences brand, you will oversee the customer journey across digital, CRM, paid media, content, social, partnerships, and other marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive brand experience and consistent market positioning. You will work closely with senior leadership, Sales, Partnerships, Product, Creative, and external partners to bring campaigns and experiences to market.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an exceptional operator-comfortable setting the vision while diving into the details required to deliver best-in-class marketing programs in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Responsibilities
  • Own the NBA Experiences marketing strategy, establishing annual priorities, campaign strategies, channel plans, and measurable objectives aligned with business and revenue goals.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market strategies for NBA tentpole events, global games, and priority experiences, from strategic planning and positioning through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Serve as a marketing partner to the NBA, building trusted relationships and leading strategic conversations around campaign planning, brand alignment, creative development, asset approvals, performance, and future opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional marketing leadership, partnering closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Creative, Content, Paid Media, and Operations to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and executed seamlessly.
  • Lead the development and evolution of the NBA/WNBA Experiences brand, ensuring consistent positioning, storytelling, and customer experience across all touchpoints and markets.
  • Oversee campaign performance and optimization, using data and customer insights-including site performance, conversion, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, leads, and revenue-to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Develop audience and market strategies that increase awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion across key customer segments and priority markets.
  • Identify and activate new marketing opportunities, partnerships, channels, and innovative programs that expand the reach and commercial impact.
  • Support with large-scale marketing presentations and strategic business materials, partnering with Creative and internal stakeholders to develop compelling, insight-driven presentations for leadership and partners.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations to Quint leadership and NBA stakeholders, translating data into clear business insights and actionable next steps.
  • Represent NBA Experiences marketing across the broader Quint organization, sharing insights, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and contributing to overall marketing strategy and innovation.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, experiential marketing, or a related industry; knowledge of the NBA, its events, and fan culture strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tied to measurable business and revenue objectives.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance marketing, CRM, content, social, paid media, customer acquisition, and integrated campaign strategy.
  • Experience managing complex partner relationships and working directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, ad technology, marketing automation, content management systems, analytics platforms, and digital sales environments.
  • Demonstrated experience using data and insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive business results.
