We exist off the court, inside the culture, bringing fans into the action in ways never seen before. From high-energy digital content to real-world activations, we're building a new kind of entertainment brand where gaming isn't just part of the experience-it is the experience.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on video producer who lives and breathes gaming, has deep knowledge of NBA 2K, and understands how to create viral, interactive content experiences. You will sit at the center of gaming and content, making sure NBAT2 leads the charge in innovative, fan-driven engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end to end content creation of YouTube-first, gaming formats featuring NBA 2K and other videogames, including ideating new concepts that adhere to our brand and content strategy, overseeing pre-production, filming, and post-production, and collaborating with the social team on release strategy.
  • Work closely with the Head of Talent and talent team to produce new digital formats featuring external talent, including NBA players, creators, and celebrities.
  • Monitor analytics and adjust strategies based on audience engagement data.
  • Stay up to date on trends in the gaming content space, ensuring that NBAT2 is plugged into larger conversations and staying at the cutting edge of gaming-focused entertainment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years producing YouTube videos, preferably in the gaming space.
  • Deep knowledge of NBA 2K.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in camera equipment, video production, editing software (Adobe Premiere, etc.).
  • Ability to write compelling scripts and develop creative video concepts.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for digital media, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Candidates based in NYC preferred, open to candidates in Los Angeles
