Position Overview
CUMULUS MEDIA | Dallas has an immediate opening for a part-time Receptionist. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with some of the top radio talents in the country and become an ambassador for Cumulus. We are looking for an individual with an outgoing personality that also has the ability to be flexible, proactively supportive, productive, friendly, and most importantly, loves radio.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, on-air guests, visitors, job applicants, and contest winners
  • Receive, screen and direct incoming calls to proper personnel/department and accurately takes and relays messages while staying friendly and welcoming
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries and add postage to outgoing mail
  • Provide information to listeners regarding commercials, news stories, etc.
  • Maintain kitchen and office supplies
  • Prepare lockbox deposit for checks received at front desk or via mail
  • Assist sales team, promotions department with remote preparation and traffic with affidavits as needed
  • All other duties as deemed necessary by local market management
Qualifications:
  • Ability to interact with all types of people in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Attention to detail/ organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and tolerate stress in a busy environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, and computers and relevant software (Microsoft Office) and multi-line phone system
Pay Range
USD $15.00 - USD $15.00 /Hr.
