We are seeking a dedicated AccountManager to join our team and helpgrowour relationship with partner brands,propertiesand operators. Ifyou'rea meticulous task manager, a natural-born leader, obsessive about creating exciting work, and adept at forming and strengthening bonds with various personalities, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage,maintain, and grow relationshipswiththeclient and key stakeholders.

  • Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects.

  • Act as the glue that holds internal teams together, delegatework when necessary, and help to define brand vision alongside creative, strategy, etc.

  • Manageprojects and creative timelines with the clientand workclosely with Project Managers to adhere to campaign schedules.

  • Influence the development of high-quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client, business, and brandwhiledemonstratingstrong creative judgment and strategicthinking.

  • Act as a leader of the integrated marketing team, ensuring partnership and collaboration betweenThe Fan Foundryand otherconstituents.

  • Attend and manage clients at on-site activations, whenrequired.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+years experienceas an Account Manager or related role in an advertising agency or marketing agency.

  • Experience in implementingtalent-led campaigns.

  • An ability to develop detailed plans,lead team meetings,identifyand resolve issues and manage risk.

  • Attention todetailwithstrong communicationskills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic.

  • Anability to forge strong relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders.

  • A demonstrated passion for and superb understanding of the social media landscape.

  • Commitment to excellence - working nonstandard hours when necessary,anticipatingissues and communicating with diplomacy,identifyingemerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (Asana, SharePoint, Workday, etc.)isaplus.

Base salary range: $95-120K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
