Job description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support promotional programming and operations within a music focused organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in the music industry who understands the intersection of music, technology, social media, and digital platforms.

The Marketing Manager will own the execution and management of high impact music promotional programming, working closely with music partnerships and cross functional teams to ensure programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is a highly operational and execution focused position requiring strong project management, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and curation of weekly high impact music promotional programming
  • Coordinate promotional opportunities in partnership with music focused teams
  • Manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Track promotional performance and deliver relevant metrics and reporting
  • Maintain detailed documentation related to program execution and performance
  • Participate in team planning and execution meetings
  • Partner with cross functional teams to support music activations, partnership initiatives, and information sharing
  • Analyze program data using spreadsheets and other reporting tools
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline manual processes
  • Support promotional programming across digital products and services featuring music
  • Ensure programs are executed with a high level of operational rigor, accuracy, and consistency

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience within the music industry
  • Strong project management, program management, or operations experience
  • Experience supporting music partnerships, labels, streaming services, digital music platforms, or related organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with data, spreadsheets, performance metrics, and reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage repetitive, high volume operational workflows while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across internal teams
  • Resourceful and proactive with a strong ownership mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with high visibility initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with music promotional offerings at a DSP, technology platform, creative platform, music label, or streaming service
  • Experience working within the technology industry
  • Understanding of music label partnerships and the digital music ecosystem
  • Experience improving or scaling manual operational processes
  • Spanish language skills

Location: Remote - EST
