About Sony Music Entertainment
At Sony Music Entertainment, we fuel the creative journey. We've played a pioneering role in music history, from the first-ever music label to the invention of the flat disc record. We've nurtured some of music's most iconic artists and produced some of the most influential recordings of all time.
Today, we work in more than 70 countries, supporting a diverse roster of international superstars, developing and independent artists, and visionary creators. From our position at the intersection of music, entertainment, and technology, we bring imagination and expertise to the newest products and platforms, embrace new business models, employ breakthrough tools, and provide powerful insights that help our artists push creative boundaries and reach new audiences. In everything we do, we're committed to artistic integrity, transparency, and entrepreneurship.
Sony Music Entertainment is a member of the Sony family of global companies.
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager to own day-to-day partner initiatives and technical execution for multiple labels' releases across core video and social platforms (such as TikTok, Meta, X, Snap, Twitch, YouTube, VEVO). You'll be the operational lead between label teams and these partners to activate campaigns, scale artist-first opportunities, and drive measurable engagement and revenue.
What you'll do:
  • Manage partner relationships by pitching label priorities, coordinating calls and meetings and escalating issues.
  • Execute social-first campaign activations (launches, trends, challenges, AR lenses, sound placements, creator programs) from brief to delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain partner-facing release information and pitch submissions as well as internal playbooks for platform best practices.
  • Collaborate on gaming partner strategy by overseeing channel integrations and extensions, manage co-marketing and sponsorship activations, monitor engagement/monetization KPIs, and coordinate technical/support escalations.
  • Manage all deliverables for marketing credits and ad credits.
  • Spearhead claims and takedowns.
  • Serve as project manager for platform-led opportunities (early access programs, beta testing, sponsored content, exclusive formats).
  • Develop campaign measurement frameworks, compile competitive performance reports and actionable insights; present learnings to internal teams for future iterations.
  • Stay informed of platform product changes, trends, ad formats, and content behaviors to inform strategy across label rosters.
Who you are:
  • 3-5+ years' experience in digital marketing, account management, partnership management, or label/agency role focused on social platforms; experience specifically with any of the partners mentioned above strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record managing multi-stakeholder campaigns and delivering measurable results on social-first activations.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with campaign metrics (engagement, views, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution) and translating data into recommendations.
  • Deep understanding of short-form social content, creator ecosystems, platform mechanics, and trends.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with music industry workflows, release cycles, and label organizational structure is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
What we give you:
  • You join an inclusive, collaborative and global community where you have the opportunity to channel your passion every day
  • A modern office environment designed to foster productivity, creativity, and teamwork empowering you to bring your best
  • An attractive and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability coverage, and 401K + employer matching
  • Voluntary benefits like company-paid identity theft protection and resources for pets, mental health and meditation resources, industry-leading fertility coverage, fully paid leave for childbirth or bonding, fully paid leave for caregivers, programs for loved ones with developmental disabilities and neurodiversity, subsidized back-up child and elder care, and reimbursement for adoption, surrogacy, tuition, and student loans
  • Investment in your professional growth and development enabling you to thrive in our vibrant community.
  • The space to accelerate progress, positively disrupt, and create what happens next
  • Time off for a winter recess
