Job description

You? You have taste - and the operational discipline to protect it. You're the person who can look at a keynote deck and know instantly what's off-brand, then keep twelve of them moving toward a hard event deadline without dropping a frame. You care about craft, but you also live for the satisfaction of a production that lands on time, on-brand, and without chaos.
Us? We're Amazon's Delivery Experience (ADX) Creative team. We produce world-class events, keynote presentations, video content, and brand campaigns for Amazon's global delivery network - and we're looking for a Visual Content Manager to keep our creative bar high while keeping our productions on track.
Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and Amazon Freight Partners (AFPs) enable Amazon to deliver millions of packages a week to customers around the world. The ADX Creative team supports these partners and internal Operations professionals through live events, keynote presentations, video storytelling, and brand activations. This role sits at the center of it - working across speaker teams, creative producers, 3P agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to make sure every asset is on-brand, accounted for, and delivered on time.
The Visual Content Manager pairs strong creative judgment with exceptional project management. Our ideal candidate has real opinions about what good looks like, the diplomacy to raise them with speakers and agencies, and the rigor to run version control, procurement, and a growing media library without letting anything slip. You'll work closely with the Art Director and Head of Creative.
Key job responsibilities
• Uphold the visual quality and brand bar for ADX Creative - reviewing event presentations and assets for consistency, flagging what's off, and helping elevate decks before they hit the stage
• Curate high-quality multimedia (photos, b-roll) that make event presentations and activations stronger, not just complete
• Keep productions on track across live events, video, and physical activations - tracking deck readiness against event milestones and getting ahead of what speaker teams, producers, and agencies need before it becomes a fire drill
• Act as the main point of contact between event speaker teams, presentation producers, and 3P agencies, and for cross-functional content sharing
• Maintain asset version control across content management systems and traffic content between Amazon and 3P agencies
• Own PO issuance, closure, and receipt for all ADX team production work
• Own the ADX Creative media library and archival system - meta-tagging footage per SOPs and running quarterly b-roll reviews for licensing and safety compliance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of professional experience in creative production, project management, or media operations
- 3+ years experience managing multimedia assets across platforms (DAM systems, Box, SharePoint, or equivalent)
- 3+ years working in or alongside collaborative, multi-disciplinary creative teams (designers, producers, art directors, agencies)
- 2+ years supporting live event production, presentations, or broadcast workflows
- Strong understanding of video and image file formats, codecs, and delivery specifications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- An eye for brand and visual quality, with experience doing compliance review / QA on visual assets
- Experience managing 3P agency relationships and deliverables
- 3+ years working with established brands at a large corporation
- Experience managing PO/procurement processes in a corporate environment
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows
- Experience with music licensing, model releases, or other media rights management
