Job Summary/Description:
KNOE is searching for a dynamic, results-driven Multimedia Sales Manager to lead and mentor our team of Media Executives. In this role, you will oversee the development and sale of cutting-edge advertising solutions and drive revenue growth while fostering a winning, collaborative culture. If you are ready to transition your proven sales expertise into a strategic leadership role, we want to hear from you.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive digital revenue growth and ensure all digital budgets and goals are met or exceeded, with a focus on new local direct business.
- Provide comprehensive training to the sales team.
- Assist Media Executives in presenting and closing business.
- Develop sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date research materials.
- Maintain campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success.
- Promote a winning, positive, and collaborative culture.
- Work at a partnership/consultative level with Media Executives and advertisers.
- Work in tandem with the Director of Sales on revenue generation strategy and forecasting.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Advanced leadership skills and highly organized.
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding budgets.
- Ability to translate and communicate problems into opportunities.
- Strong presentation experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects and people.
- Minimum of two (2) years of broadcast and/or digital sales experience is highly preferred.
