ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the curation of multimedia real estate marketing content for multi-family properties across the US leveraging service providers and team members.

  • Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and on-site community teams to support creative productions across multiple markets and properties

  • Create and maintain production schedules for photo shoots, video productions, and marketing collateral - supporting each organization's storytelling needs

  • Create multimedia project briefs, manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across concurrent creative projects

  • Help oversee production logistics including scheduling, travel coordination, location planning, and shoot preparation

  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support respectful and organized productions

  • Assist with vendor management, invoicing, and budget tracking for creative projects

  • Provide recommendations to improve production workflows and operational efficiency

  • Serve as producer for narrative-driven video projects from pre-production through final delivery

  • Support storytelling efforts focused on residents, team members, and community experiences

  • Capture or support production coverage for community events and brand initiatives as needed

  • Edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, and internal communications

  • Adapt content for different audiences, channels, and formats while maintaining brand consistency

  • Ensure creative projects and content adhere to brand standards

  • Collaborate with internal creative partners to refine and improve content deliverables

Qualifications

  • A degree in art, video production, marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Experience managing multiple creative projects in a marketing, media, or production role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines

  • Comfort working independently while communicating proactively with off-site teams

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects is a plus

  • Experience creating and editing video content for social media platforms

  • A strong eye for narrative video storytelling and visual composition

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with familiarity using AP style

  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus

  • Familiarity with multifamily property management or SFR operations is preferred

  • Ability to travel up to 30% based on project and production needs
