Position Type: Full-Time
About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Production Specialist to support the Combined Arms Doctrine Directorate (CADD) in the development, production, and editing of multimedia content supporting U.S. Army doctrinal communication initiatives. This role supports the Army Doctrine Development Program through audio/video production, podcast development, motion graphics, and strategic communications support across the Army enterprise.
The ideal candidate possesses experience in multimedia production, video editing, motion graphics, and digital content development, with the ability to transform complex doctrinal concepts into engaging and professional multimedia products for Army audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Produce and edit video productions and podcasts
  • Develop motion graphics, voice-over content, and visual effects
  • Assist with scripting, recording, and post-production activities
  • Support doctrinal communications initiatives and social media efforts
  • Create content optimized for web and mobile viewing
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders and subject matter experts

Required Qualifications
  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Minimum 1 year of multimedia production experience
  • Experience with video editing and audio production tools
  • Experience with motion graphics and post-production workflows
