IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Multimedia Production Specialist to join our Curriculum team. In this role, you will work with generative AI tools to support visual content creation efforts for Rosetta Stone Sapphire and work with video and image editing software for IXL video projects as needed. Your attention to detail, visual eye, and commitment to quality will help make personalized learning a reality for millions of students.

This is a full-time position that requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Review image assets for Rosetta Stone Sapphire language learning modules, checking for quality, accuracy, and educational effectiveness
  • Use generative AI tools and the Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit high-quality images for language learning modules
  • Edit existing IXL math and ELA video tutorials to support quality improvement and content localization efforts
  • Assist in promoting IXL videos on YouTube by seamlessly editing branded sequences into existing video assets
  • Use AI tools to help create dubbed versions of videos for localization efforts
  • Support IXL video releases by preparing and testing batches of videos prior to launch
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Media Production, Communications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in multimedia production and/or graphic design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically for photo and video editing
  • Experience or strong comfort level working with generative AI tools for media production
  • Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills
  • Experience working with the Google Office suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites, Forms)
  • Experience with K-12 education or language learning is a significant plus
