A leading information and technology organization is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join a legal and regulatory research portfolio and help shape the future of research experiences through AI-driven solutions, modern design systems, and customer-centric product innovation.

This role will support several high-profile initiatives focused on legal research, citation analysis, regulatory intelligence, and emerging AI-powered summary experiences that are transforming how professionals interact with trusted content.

The successful candidate will partner closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to transform wireframes and concepts into polished, scalable, production-ready experiences while helping evolve a mature enterprise design system.


Key ResponsibilitiesDesign for AI-Powered Experiences
  • Design intuitive user experiences for AI-generated summaries, conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted research workflows.
  • Create interfaces that help users understand and interact with AI-generated content, recommendations, and insights.
  • Apply emerging best practices for conversational AI and human-centered AI design.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve both design execution and team productivity.
Support Strategic Research Products

The Senior Visual Designer will contribute to experiences across multiple research, analytics, and intelligence platforms.

Research Platform
  • Design experiences that help professionals navigate complex content repositories, regulations, policies, and reference materials.
  • Support modernization efforts that integrate AI-generated insights directly into research workflows.

AI Summaries
  • Help define how AI-generated summaries are presented, consumed, and trusted.

  • Design conversational experiences that make complex information more accessible while maintaining transparency and user confidence.

Design System Leadership
  • Work within a mature enterprise design system utilizing modern design and component-management tools.
  • Contribute new patterns, components, and standards that improve consistency across products.
  • Help evolve UI kits and component libraries as new AI experiences emerge.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility, usability, and implementation standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with UX designers to elevate concepts into polished visual solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Support a fast-moving environment where UX, research, AI experimentation, and visual design increasingly occur in parallel.

Quality & Execution
  • Ensure every design marked ready for handoff is complete, current, and implementation-ready.
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards for visual quality and user experience.
  • Balance speed and craftsmanship in a rapidly evolving product organization.
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent workstreams across the product portfolio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $54.00/hr.
