This position will play a key role in shaping the next generation of digital and connected medical device experiences by transforming user insights, clinical workflows, and business objectives into intuitive, effective, and engaging solutions.The ideal candidate is an exceptional problem solver, design strategist, and storyteller who thrives at the intersection of user needs, technology, and healthcare. Working closely with Industrial Design, Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing teams, the Senior User Experience Designer will lead the creation of user-centered experiences that improve usability, safety, efficiency, and satisfaction for healthcare providers and patients.This role offers the opportunity to influence globally deployed medical technologies while helping redefine the future of aesthetic and dermatologic care through thoughtful, evidence-based user experience design.Duties & Responsibilities:User Experience Strategy & DesignLead UX activities across multiple product development programs from concept through commercialization.Translate user needs, clinical requirements, and business objectives
