About the Role
As a Senior Visual Designer I, you will lead visual design strategy for a business or product line, creating engaging and user-centered experiences that solve meaningful customer problems. You will partner with cross-functional teams, leverage research and data to guide design decisions, and help shape design practices while mentoring fellow designers.
Responsibilities
  • Align and coach teams to ensure customer needs are met and user outcomes remain central to design decisions
  • Gather, evaluate, and apply customer insights and use cases to inform design strategy
  • Partner with UX Researchers and UX Designers to understand user needs, define product structure, and create effective visual experiences
  • Create original visual design assets and introduce new design patterns and style guides
  • Analyze briefs, identify the right problems to solve, and develop creative solutions
  • Collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and designers, iterating and testing solutions to improve outcomes
  • Use analytics, customer insights, testing results, and other data sources to establish metrics and guide future design strategy
  • Build strong relationships with technology teams and communicate designs effectively across platforms

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe and Sketch
  • Ability to create high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms
