Job description

Birdi Systems, Inc. (BSI) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to lead the development and execution of visual branding, digital media, and marketing content across multiple platforms. This role is heavily focused on graphic design, with approximately 75% of responsibilities dedicated to graphic design and visual content creation. The position combines branding, digital marketing, video production, website management, and event marketing support to strengthen corporate branding, business development, recruiting, and client engagement initiatives.


The ideal candidate is highly creative, technically skilled, and capable of managing projects from concept through final production while maintaining brand consistency across all media channels. Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, booth design, and event branding is highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain company branding standards, visual identity, and marketing materials.
  • Create engaging graphics and visual content for social media, websites, presentations, proposals, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Design print and digital collateral including brochures, flyers, advertisements, trade show materials, presentations, banners, signage, and promotional items.
  • Design and coordinate conference, trade show, and event branding materials, including booth layouts, displays, signage, promotional graphics, and attendee engagement materials.
  • Assist with conference and trade show planning, booth setup coordination, logistics, and vendor collaboration to ensure professional brand presentation at events.
  • Manage and maintain company websites, including content updates, optimization, user experience improvements, and overall site performance.
  • Produce and edit promotional videos, corporate videos, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, recruiting, and business development teams to support strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media content creation, branding consistency, scheduling, and visual engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and creative production efforts for internal and external communications.
  • Ensure all creative content aligns with corporate messaging, brand standards, and project objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging digital media platforms.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, branding, or digital marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects (preferred)
  • Experience designing marketing materials for conferences, trade shows, events, and corporate branding initiatives.

  • Experience with website development and maintenance, including WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital content strategies.
