Job Summary/Description:

WWSB -TV Tampa Bay/Sarasota is seeking an organized and creative professional to help lead our digital sales efforts in the role of Multimedia Sales Manager. The position works in tandem with the Director of Sales on the development of our sales team and on revenue development for the station, specifically championing digital sales.

Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Overall focus on business development with a strong focus on new local direct and digital revenue
- Revenue forecasting for individual and overall performance to local broadcast, digital, and new local direct budgets
- Providing digital training to the sales team
- Assisting Media Executives in presenting and closing business
- Providing updated sales presentations and collateral using up-to-date materials
- Oversight of the digital support team in maintaining campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure campaign success
- Working at a partnership/consultative level as an expert in digital advertising with a Media Executive and advertisers

Qualifications/Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in broadcast and digital sales
- Management experience is preferred
