POSITION SUMMARY:
The Multimedia Content Producer serves as a key visual storyteller for Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, helping bring the organization's mission and impact to life through compelling multimedia content and digital engagement.

This position is responsible for capturing and producing high-quality photography and videography, creating engaging content for social media and digital marketing channels, managing website content, and supporting email marketing and marketing automation and engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing team, the Multimedia Content Producer will help elevate brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, support fundraising efforts, and showcase the life-changing impact of Club experiences across Central Florida.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, editing content, managing digital platforms, and supporting the technical execution of marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Photography & Videography: Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos that showcase the impact of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida across programs, events, campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Digital Content Production: Create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and organizational communications.
  • Website Management: Maintain website content, develop and update web pages, and ensure an engaging, user-friendly online experience that aligns with organizational branding and goals.
  • Email Marketing & Marketing Technology Support: In collaboration with Marketing Coordinator, design, build, test, and deploy email communications while supporting audience segmentation, marketing automations, CRM integrations, and other digital marketing technology initiatives.
  • Digital Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and manage photography, video, and multimedia assets to support organizational storytelling and marketing efforts.
  • Concept & Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify storytelling opportunities and develop content that supports organizational priorities, campaigns, fundraising efforts, and community engagement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple content and digital marketing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (Knowledge, Education, Experience & Skills)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and related multimedia production tools
  • Experience capturing and editing photography and video content for digital platforms
  • Experience creating content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Experience managing website content through a content management system (WordPress preferred)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the Boys & Girls Clubs mission and youth development
  • An associate’s degree in multimedia production, digital media, communications, marketing or a related field(preferred)
  • Experience with project management software (preferred)

Relationships

  • Internal: Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/ instructions; instruct; and advise/counsel.
  • External: Maintains contact with members, families, alumni, community leaders, youth-serving professionals, other Clubs, media contacts, vendors, consultants, organizations, and others to achieve program goals and objectives, manage costs, share information, and resolve problems.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • The position requires working in both indoor and outdoor environments of an office or Club setting, which may involve exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and policy manuals.
  • Required to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Work in environments frequented by children and families, requiring adherence to safety and conduct standards that ensure a child-friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.
  • Must be adaptable to a dynamic work schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to support Club activities and events.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Physically capable of performing programming activities and Club duties on-site, including lifting upto30pounds, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, bending, and reaching.
  • Operates a computer and other office productivity equipment such as a copy machine, phone, printer, and tablet frequently. Requires the ability to work on a computer for extended periods (8+ hours), including performing tasks that involve repetitive motion, visual focus, and fine motor skills
  • Visual and auditory acuity to monitor the environment and ensure safety standards are maintained.
  • Mental resilience and the ability to stay focused and effective in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with children, family members, and other staff.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions (occasionally).
