The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

We are currently accepting applications for the role of Automotive Videographer & Multimedia Content Creator at Holman Motorcars in Fort Lauderdale. If you have a background in videography and content creation, and a passion for ultra-luxury vehicles, we invite you to apply.

The Automotive Videographer and Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for managing all aspects of vehicle photography, multimedia content creation, and content operations across Holman Motorcars' ultra luxury brands (Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Bugatti, Lamborghini, Lotus), with a strong focus on social media content and brand storytelling.

Compensation: $70K-$80K, based on experience and qualifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all vehicle photography to ensure alignment with Holman's ultra-luxury brand standards.
  • Coordinate with inventory photographers to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality coverage of all vehicles.
  • Conduct quality control on all inventory imagery to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual excellence across listings.
  • Ensure all inventory photography is current, properly staged, and always aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain the vehicle photo booth for optimal image quality.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and visual appeal in all listings.
  • Capture and edit aerial and ground-level video/photo content using drones and multimedia tools.
  • Develop and execute content for social media, events, and campaigns aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Support creation of engaging short-form content (reels, stories, and video features) to elevate digital presence.
  • Conceptualize and produce visual storytelling aligned with OEM brand guidelines.
  • Maintain organized digital content folders and client galleries.
  • Upload and manage delivery media in shared folders.
  • Support high-impact content initiatives, including reels, product features, and social media storytelling.
  • Capture and deliver real-time content during dealer events with a social-first mindset.
  • Assist during events from set-up to breakdown.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and service teams to meet content needs.
  • Manage the content calendar via Buffer to ensure timely execution and consistency across platforms.
  • Schedule is 40 hours per week. Some events include weekends.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in photography, video production, or content creation (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, etc.).
  • FAA Part 107 Certification (required for commercial drone operation).
  • Experience with drones, photo booth systems, and content management tools.
  • Strong project management skills; experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for ultra-luxury vehicles and high-end brand aesthetics.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locations.
  • Availability for special events on evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with luxury digital marketing trends and platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
