Job Summary/Description:

Do you have a talent for turning marketing goals into compelling visual stories? We are looking for a creative Multimedia Designer to join the marketing team for PowerNation Studios. This role is built for a designer who excels at graphic design and motion graphics, creating assets that resonate across digital, social, and streaming platforms. If you are a collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently, we would like to hear from you.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

What You’ll Do:
• Elevate brand styling: Take the established visual identities of the PowerNation and Circle brands to the next level by enhancing the look and feel of social media posts, YouTube thumbnails, and sales materials.
• Manage concurrent projects: Navigate a high-volume workflow, balancing multiple design projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
• Develop creative brand assets: Design and execute high-impact visual concepts for digital, social media, YouTube, and FAST channels.
• Design for digital platforms: Build graphic assets tailored specifically for mobile, web, and streaming environments, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the broader marketing team to support daily initiatives, sales efforts, and digital campaigns. These duties could include but are not limited to: thumbnails (YouTube and Various Streaming Platforms), social posts, Video Design, Graphic Design (print, posters, handouts, emails), Car Concepts including paint schemes or wrap designs.
• Maintain design standards: Ensure all visual content remains professional, high-quality, and aligned with the unique identities of our brands.
