Senior Multimedia Producer (This position is not remote-eligible.)Position Summary

The Senior Multimedia Producer is responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the marketing initiatives of the Eide Automotive Group. This position serves as the department's primary creative producer, developing high-quality video, graphic design, photography, and digital content for eight automotive dealerships.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Operations Manager, the Senior Multimedia Producer transforms marketing strategies and monthly promotional offers into compelling creative assets that drive customer engagement and support sales initiatives.

This role requires an organized, creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys managing recurring content creation while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Essential ResponsibilitiesVideo Production

Serve as the primary producer of video content for the Eide Automotive Group.

Responsibilities include:

  • Produce monthly promotional videos highlighting manufacturer incentives and special offers.

  • Create multiple video formats for various advertising platforms, including YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), paid search, and dealership websites.

  • Edit, render, export, and deliver video assets according to established production schedules.

  • Manage video projects from concept through final delivery.

  • Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and visual quality across all dealership marketing campaigns.


Graphic Design

Develop creative materials that support dealership advertising and internal marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design digital advertisements.

  • Create social media graphics.

  • Develop promotional materials.

  • Produce dealership event marketing collateral.

  • Design recruiting materials.

  • Create digital signage and presentation graphics.

  • Update creative assets with current manufacturer offers and promotions.


Photography/Videography

Capture and manage photography supporting dealership marketing efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Photograph and film dealership events.

  • Capture vehicle photography and film as needed.

  • Photograph and film employee recognition and recruiting initiatives.

Social Media Content

  • Develop creative content supporting dealership events and community involvement.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.


Digital Asset Management

Maintain the department's creative asset library.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organize project files.

  • Archive completed campaigns.

  • Maintain branding templates.

  • Manage video templates and graphics.

  • Ensure creative assets are properly stored and easily accessible.

  • Deliver creative assets to agency partners and 3rd party vendors.


Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager and Director of Marketing to execute marketing initiatives.

Production Efficiency

Assist in improving creative workflows.

  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures for creative production.

  • Explore new technologies and AI tools that enhance creative efficiency.

  • Maintain organized production schedules during peak campaign periods.
