What You'll Do
As General Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Marketplace while leading a talented team and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead food service, retail, and marketplace operations
Hire, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members
Build strong relationships with vendors, tenants, and business partners
Manage budgets, P&L, cash flow, and operational expenses
Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for growth
Develop strategies to increase guest traffic and profitability
Plan and oversee special events that drive business
Resolve operational, maintenance, and customer concerns
Help strengthen Hartville Marketplace as one of Ohio's premier shopping and dining destinations
We're Looking For Someone Who Has 5+ years of leadership experience in:
  • Restaurant Operations
  • Hospitality
  • Retail Management
  • Grocery or High-Volume Food Service
  • Multi-Unit Operations
  • Marketplace or Vendor Management (preferred)

Experience managing:
  • Budgets & Profit/Loss Statements
  • Large teams
  • Multiple departments
  • Fast-paced operations

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but successful leadership experience is valued most.
