This is a true multi-unit leadership role. You will lead through General Managers, improve operational consistency, develop leadership talent, and drive performance across the market.


What We're Looking For

• Current or former Area Coach, District Manager, or Multi-Unit Manager
• Experience overseeing 5+ QSR locations
• Proven ability to lead through and develop General Managers
• Strong labor, staffing, food cost, inventory, and operational management skills
• Strong accountability and performance management experience
• Ability to prioritize market-level issues instead of getting pulled into individual store problems
• Proven track record of building a strong leadership bench
• Taco Bell experience is a plus
• McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Chipotle, Panera, Wingstop, Raising Cane's and similar QSR experience considered


Important: This is not a single restaurant GM role. Candidates need meaningful multi unit leadership experience.
