Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Build comprehensive plans, manage resources, coordinate teams, and mitigate risks early.

  • Implementation Oversight: Prepare data integration, oversee OpenGov module configuration and testing, and enforce milestones.

  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary liaison, report to executive leadership, and manage scope changes.

  • Training & Adoption: Coordinate user training, ensure workflow comprehension, and drive adoption.

  • Documentation: Maintain project logs, track performance, and deliver post-implementation reports.
