Job description

Supports the Project Management function by coordinating project tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among project teams and stakeholders. Assists in tracking project progress, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines. Works closely with project managers to support the successful delivery of business initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of business projects by coordinating daily tasks, schedules, and deliverables.

  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking action items.

  • Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

  • Monitor project timelines and escalate delays or issues to project managers.

  • Support the use of project management tools and templates to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and preparation of project updates for leadership.

  • Ensure adherence to project standards and support compliance with governance requirements.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • 4+ years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.

  • Understanding of project management fundamentals and delivery workflows.
