Crestwood Manor is seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team!
Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Whiting, NJ. We are seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team! The Sales Counselor is responsible for selling independent living units, facilitating move-ins and representing the community during the sales process, consistent with Springpoint philosophy. Responsible for explaining and communicating all the regulations, policies and procedures associated with residency at the community to the prospect and coordinating with administration.
Responsibilities:
  • Manages the sales process from first inquiry to receipt of deposit to move-in.
  • Meets sales activity and sales ratio goals as outlined in the annual marketing plan.
  • Meets sales and move-in objectives as outlined in the annual marketing plan.
  • Works with the prospective resident, family members and key influencers (physician, attorney, trust officer, as appropriate) to facilitate a timely and beneficial commitment to the community.
  • Professionally manages all information relating to the prospective resident/inquiry: communication with administration, communication with direct supervision and accurate documentation of all contacts.
  • Promotes the sales process through ongoing contact with a prospective resident via telephone, personal visits, tours and home visit activities as appropriate.
  • Interacts with other departments, assuring that apartments are properly prepared for move-in; keeps all pertinent parties apprised of move-in dates and possible adjustments.
  • Staffs the office during business hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
  • Adheres to SSL marketing guidelines.
  • Attends in-service training and educational sessions as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • One year of sales and marketing experience in the senior industry or related experience.
  • Experience in selling Assisted Living Preferred

Pay Range: $31.25 - $33.65 / per hour + Commission Structure
