As a Community Relations Sales Assistant with Belmont Village Senior Living, you will provide the Community Relations Sales team with administrative support including electronic data entry, preparing resident files, and general sales support including tours, phone inquiries, and follow up calls. The Sales Assistant also serves as a Move-In Coordinator working closely with future residents and their families on the logistics of the move to Belmont Village. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.
YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage resident files, maintain apartment inventory and readiness lists, and provide data entry and organizational support for systems and special events
  • Coordinate move-in logistics with future residents and their families, ensure room readiness, and address any delays or challenges with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Welcome and assist with orienting new residents and their families providing follow-up to ensure a smooth move-in process and transition
  • Work collaboratively with various departments and team members to coordinate pre and post move-in needs to ensure a smooth move-in process
  • Conduct prospect follow-up phone calls, support special events, and provide backup to the Community Relations team for prospect community tours as needed
  • Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
  • Demonstrated professional telephone etiquette
  • Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
  • Proven organization, time management and attention to detail
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends
  • Demonstrated proficiency with workplace technology and software including MS Office suite
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
