Resident Care Assistantย 

Are you looking for a meaningful role that serves others? Fairway View Assisted Living seeks a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to provide quality care for our residents.

Duties and responsibilities:ย 

  • Activities of daily living including dressing, grooming, and showers
  • Assists with serving and cleanup of meals and snacks
  • Engage residents in social interactions and activitiesย 
  • Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean safe environmentย 
  • Medication management in accordance to residents plan of careย 
  • Document all services provided and outcomes in accordance with established protocols ย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • We are looking for a compassionate individual with strong communication skills
  • This position plays a vital role in the lives of our residents and enhances the well-being of those they care for

The Resident Care Assistant is eligible for a:

  • An additional $1.50/hour evening shift differential
  • An Additional $3.00/hour night shift differentialย 
  • An additional $6.00/hour when picking up open shift

Hours and Pay:

  • Part Time: 24-48 hours per 2 week pay period (evenings available)ย 
  • Evening Shift 3pm - 8pmย 
  • PERA retirement with employer match
  • education assistance and loan forgiveness programย
