Harley-Davidson of Bloomington, Indiana is growing and is looking to add a member to our Sales staff. We are seeking an individual who is self-motivated, communicates well, provides a great customer purchase experience and maintains relationships beyond purchase. Individuals must be professional, friendly, team player, detail and goal oriented with the ability to multitask.

Job Expectations Include, but not limited to:

  • Selling motorcycles, Finance Options, Extended Service Plans, Tire and Wheel Protection Plans, Planned Maintenance, and other related F & I product offerings and accessories
  • Prospect future customers through use of CRM, while exceeding daily call, appointment, write up and closing goals
  • Desire and ability to continually improve and grow business through team building and customer relationships

Excellent earnings potential through industry leading compensation plan with benefits, base salary and commission. Work week is Tuesday thru Saturday(Saturday is Non-Negotiable) 40+ Hours per week. Successful candidate must be located in Bloomington or the surrounding area.
