Job description

Weโ€™re seeking a Motion Graphics Project Manager to support our clientโ€™s dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of static and motion graphics within a renowned studio environment. Located in Burbank, CA, the position is temporary, lasting approximately 10 to 26 weeks. Ideal for a candidate with a keen understanding of VFX and motion graphics, eager to collaborate across creative and international teams.


Motion Graphics Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations for the motion graphics delivery team, ensuring seamless workflow and timely project completion.
  • Maintain and communicate project statuses, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Liaise with creative professionals, international offices, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage external vendors and oversee the delivery of assets critical for project success.
  • Optimize processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.



Motion Graphics Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-production, graphics, or digital media operations.
  • Basic understanding of VFX and motion graphics terminology and processes.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with creative teams, international clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in scheduling, resource management, and project tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
