Job description

Driven by continued growth, General RV is adding a Video Content & Motion Graphics Creator to the marketing team to elevate our visual storytelling and creative capabilities. This position is Hybrid (4 days in offce & 1 day remote)
 
This individual will be responsible for producing engaging video, photo, and motion graphic content that supports brand and marketing objectives across digital and social platforms. This role helps bring ideas to life through platform-specific content that strengthens visual storytelling and brand consistency.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce engaging photo, video, and motion graphic content for social media, GeneralRV.com, broadcast, streaming, and other marketing channels
  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations including typography, transitions, logo animations, product callouts, and branded graphics packages that enhance storytelling and audience engagement
  • Develop consistent branded motion systems and creative assets across campaigns, video series, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the Social Media and Creative teams to create fresh, engaging content that supports brand growth and campaign goals
  • Stay current on social media and industry trends to create timely, performance-driven content
  • Deliver photo and video assets on schedule while managing multiple projects, timelines, and content calendars
  • Quickly learn and execute established creative processes and brand standards
  • Travel multiple times per month for on-location shoots at vendor sites and dealerships nationwide
  • Bring a passion for storytelling and creating content that is relevant, entertaining, and engaging for audiences

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience creating video, photo, and motion graphic content for digital and social platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, motion graphics, animation, and post-production capabilities
  • Experience creating engaging social media content with a strong understanding of current trends and platform best practices across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Hands-on experience with production equipment including cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio gear
  • RV or camping industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Online portfolio showcasing relevant work is required
