GENERAL PURPOSE

The Social Content Producer will plan, create, and design motion and graphic assets in response to brand marketing briefs and brand creative strategy. You will be responsible for omnichannel digital content creation that includes concepting and storyboarding.

A strong portfolio is essential, showcasing motion graphics, graphic design, and video editing within music and social media. Work should demonstrate platform-native content for Instagram, YouTube, and/or LinkedIn with a clear understanding of pacing, storytelling, and engagement.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Edit high-quality video content for social media platforms-mainly Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube-paid ads, website, and internal use.

  • Create animated videos and stills for use across digital platforms, including owned web.

  • Collaborate with marketing to plan, storyboard, and execute video campaigns that support business goals.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform specifications across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, etc.

  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and content trends.

  • Proactively generate ideas that drive brand success.

  • Organize and maintain video assets and project files for easy access and reuse.

  • Support wider graphic design projects including website assets.

  • Manage multiple projects at once, from pre-production through post.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

  • 3 - 5 years professional experience required.

  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other creative packages.

  • Experience in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

  • Previous social media video creation experience.

  • Experience with illustration and animation.

Skills and Abilities

  • Fluency in social media copywriting: concise, platform-native messaging that employs strong hook and value prop, plus clear call-to-action when appropriate.

  • Keen understanding of communicating with audiences through different mediums.

  • Hands-on experience with a wide range of platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads.

  • Excellent organizational skills and atrack record of delivering on time.

Compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
