Job description

The Motion Graphics & Visualization Creative Specialist is responsible for creating, developing, and delivering innovative motion graphics, visualization, and visual communication solutions for both internal Stellantis brands and external clients. Working within the Stellantis Design Studio (SDS), this role supports the Global Creative Director in bringing the studio's creative vision to life through compelling storytelling, digital experiences, brand communication, and visual content.
The role requires a strong understanding of emerging design trends, visualization technologies, motion graphics, and digital communication platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to transform client aspirations, brand values, and project objectives into engaging visual experiences that elevate the quality and impact of SDS creative work.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics, visualization, and visual communication solutions for internal and external clients
  • Collaborate with the Global Creative Director and design teams to develop creative concepts that align with project objectives and brand strategies
  • Develop storyboards, digital mockups, presentations, animations, and final production-ready assets
  • Translate client objectives and brand values into compelling visual and motion design solutions
  • Create visual communication materials across print, digital, presentation, and motion media platforms
  • Identify project requirements and recommend the appropriate creative resources and skill sets to support project execution
  • Clearly communicate design intent and creative direction to project teams and stakeholders
  • Present and explain design concepts, proposals, and creative solutions to internal and external audiences
  • Respond to client feedback and incorporate revisions while maintaining creative integrity and project objectives
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, visualization techniques, and motion graphics best practices
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the SDS creative vision through innovative design thinking and collaboration
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure milestones, deadlines, and quality expectations are achieved

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Animation, Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience creating professional motion graphics, visualization, digital content, and visual communication solutions
  • Proficiency with motion graphics and visual design software
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience creating storyboards, digital mockups, presentations, and final production assets
  • Experience presenting creative concepts and explaining design rationale to stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multicultural, and cross-functional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience within a design consultancy, creative agency, automotive, mobility, innovation, or brand-focused environment
  • Advanced expertise in motion graphics creation and visualization tools across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with Figma and UX/UI design principles
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered creative tools, including visual communication and content generation platforms
  • Strong understanding of contemporary and historical graphic design, visual storytelling, brand development, and digital communication trends
