Descripcion del empleo
El objetivo de este puesto es ofrecer una atencion profesional a nuestros huespedes, desde una calida bienvenida en el check-in hasta una bonita despedida en el check-out. Sus responsabilidades tambien incluiran las siguientes:
- Atender a nuestros huespedes, incluyendo la realizacion del check-in y check-out
- Revisar y procesar reservas, sobrerreservas y otras opciones
- Gestionar la facturacion, incluida la gestion de pagos, asi como transacciones y cobros en efectivo
- Realizar tareas organizativas y administrativas en el front-office y back-office (por ejemplo, gestion de ausencias, respuesta a correos electronicos)
- Adquirir conocimientos interdepartamentales sobre nuevas areas de actividad mediante el trabajo en nuestros equipos multiculturales
Requisitos
Tanto si es un profesional del mundo de los hoteles como si esta cambiando de carrera profesional, estamos seguros de que su perfil encajara en nuestra empresa! La personalidad y los dotes de anfitrion son nuestra prioridad! Tambien tendra que reunir los siguientes requisitos:
- Tener formacion en el sector de los hoteles y/o tener experiencia profesional en la industria hotelera/catering o estar buscando un cambio de carrera profesional
- Tener un excelente sentido de la calidad y el servicio, asi como dotes de anfitrion y pasion por la industria hotelera
- Ser una persona abierta y comunicativa y tener un solido dominio del ingles
- Ser una persona a la que le guste trabajar en equipo y que este dispuesta a proporcionar asistencia en todos los departamentos: en Motel One, los objetivos son conjuntos, asi que nos ayudamos entre todos!
