About the Role:
Join the Stowe Motel team, a family-owned business, as a Maintenance professional and play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about maintaining a high standard of facility care in our beautiful Stowe, VT, location.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they affect guest experience.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and inventory of supplies.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and work area.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
