Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid - flexible schedule)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible based on candidate)About the Role
Mosaic Human Capital Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual (English/Spanish) HR professional to support multiple client organizations across a variety of industries. This role will serve as a hands-on HR partner, providing day-to-day HR support, employee relations guidance, compliance oversight, and operational HR execution.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working closely with business leaders in a consulting-style environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client organizations
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance management
  • Draft and review disciplinary actions, policies, and employee communications
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle processes
  • Partner with leadership on organizational and workforce planning needs
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRIS support as needed
  • Conduct workplace investigations and document findings
  • Support safety, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts (experience in labor-intensive environments is a plus)
  • Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and policies
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience (HR Generalist, HRBP, or similar)
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in employee relations and workplace investigations
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR compliance
  • Experience supporting operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar environments is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment
  • Experience with HR systems (Paycom, or similar preferred)
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Hybrid role based in San Antonio, TX
  • Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time, depending on candidate)
  • Combination of remote work and occasional on-site visits
