Location: Livonia, MI (In-Office)
Position Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a Mortgage Sales Manager to join our team. In the role of Mortgage Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of mortgage sales experts. Your main responsibilities will include coaching, mentoring, and enhancing sales performance, while also ensuring that team members adhere to compliance regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the mortgage banking team to ensure production goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Oversee pipeline management and loan flow from origination through closing.
  • Partner with operations, processing, and underwriting to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Implement training, coaching, and performance management strategies to elevate team results.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of mortgage sales experience (as a Loan Officer or sales manager preferred)
  • Active NMLS license
  • Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Solid understanding of mortgage processes and loan products (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)
