Are you looking to change career fields?  Then why not consider the Mortgage Industry?  1st Signature lending offers an exciting job prospect as a Mortgage Sales Assistant.  There is no experience necessary in the field to start, we are just looking for someone who knows how to be a great brand ambassador and has what it takes to grow.

Job Description

As an MSA you’ll be calling clients.  You’ll find out what they’re looking to accomplish with their new home loan and you’ll be the face of our company!  You will identify and develop customer’s needs and establish relationships to further build upon.  In this role, you will provide prompt and friendly customer service.  This position is a phone position, meaning you’ll be making calls around 90% of the time.  Being able to work on the phone is a must.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • ·         Can sell!  This position requires calling and the ability to hear “no” and move on.
  • ·         Dedicated and articulate with a drive to aspire
  • ·         Someone who is professional
  • ·         A quick thinker with the ability to engage in intelligent conversations to build customer interest
  • ·         Someone who is coachable
  • ·         Someone who is eager to learn more and advance into a Mortgage Loan Originator role

Key Competencies:

  • ·         6 months to 1 year experience preferred
  • ·         Strong relationship building skills
  • ·         Excellent communication skills are a must!
  • ·         Compensation:
  • ·         Starting salary at $24,000 with quickly rising pay increase in as little as 90 days
  • ·         Monthly bonus plan
  • ·         Paid personal days off after 90 days
