About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you'll reach out to potential clients who've submitted inquiries online, conduct a short qualification screening and needs assessment, then transfer the client to a Licensed Advisor. Royal United provides training and support for the entire process to give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to succeed in this role. We are searching for individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in developing their career in sales. 


What You'll Do

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients (warm leads provided)

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals with support from leadership

Job Type: Part-time, 16 hours per week, evening shifts Mon-Thurs 5-9.

Pay: $22.50 per hour + potential bonuses

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or Higher level of completed education

Customer service or prior phone sales experienced preferred

Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
