Loan Specialist (Onsite)
Location: Highland Park, MI | Pay: $19.25 per hour |Multiple Shifts Available- Hours of operation:7am-11pm Mon-Fri, 9am-9pm Sat, and 9am-6pm Sun
About the Role:
Qualfon is hiring Loan Specialists to support customers with their banking and consumer loan needs. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, assist with account maintenance, and provide excellent customer service for existing banking members.
This is a high-volume call center role ideal for candidates with customer service, banking, or financial services experience.
Veterans and military family members are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Answer inbound calls related to consumer loans and banking accounts
• Assist with checking, savings, CDs, and credit card inquiries
• Help customers recover online banking credentials
• Process account updates, balance transfers, and authorized user requests
• Handle fraud-related and payment authorization questions
• Document interactions accurately and follow banking regulations
• Deliver professional, empathetic customer service on every call
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year customer service experience (banking, financial services, fraud, insurance, or call center preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Comfortable working onsite in Highland Park
• High School Diploma or GED required
