Job Summary:

As a part of the Hagerstown Nursing and Rehab team, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services to our patients. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled GNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to join our team in Hagerstown, MD. As a GNA, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide basic care, including toileting, incontinence care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Assist with medication administration, as directed by licensed nursing staff

  • Document patient care activities and vital signs in accordance with facility policies

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
