Description
Schedule: 4-day, 12-hour overnight shift with alternating weekends. Overnight or evening hours available.
Pay: $19 an hour plus monthly performance bonus
Located in Union, New Jersey, our state -of-the-art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. By joining an award-winning company, you will work with a team of alarm and emergency monitoring industry recognized experts, continuously learn new skills, and work together to save lives!
As a Monitoring Associate, you will help our high-profile and elite clienteles all over the country protect their properties.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to our clients in order to maintain high overall customer satisfaction while answering and addressing real-time alarms
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, security installation, and other account maintenance issues
  • Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments, when necessary
  • Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide the best solutions for customers

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Comfortable using a computer and modern technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume call center environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong desire to help others
  • Access to reliable transportation
