ACTUS NUTRITION IS OFFERING A $3,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THIS ROLE!!!

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operator to join the Mountain Lake, MN team. The Warehouse Operator will manage the incoming and outgoing shipments of the warehouse, adjust inventory levels in the ERP inventory system, operate the stretch wrapper and forklift, and documents shipments.

Shift: Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. 

Pay: $20.00 to $23.00/hour USD based on experience. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, skill set and depth of experience.

ACTUS NUTRITION IS OFFERING A $3,000.00 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR THIS ROLE!!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Warehouse inventory using System 21.
  • Able to operate the stretch wrapper, and storage of retains, re sampling as required.
  • Controls and works Incoming and Outgoing shipments of dry products to ensure that the BOL, COA paperwork matches the shipment loaded on the truck going out and/or product received in the warehouse.
  • Performs all required paperwork documentation for Incoming and Outgoing shipments of product including accurate C of A’s, Incoming and outgoing truck inspections, EOM inventory and cycle count sheets along with movement sheets as required.
  • Controls and works the proper storage, labeling and segregation of all Received and Finished products by lot, by product by customer.
  • Maintain storage organization and assure dryer department has necessary information for proper standardization as well as separation of like and dislike products.
  • Participate in all end of month and end of year inventories and be able to complete all reconciliation paperwork for these inventories.
  • Communicate with Warehouse Supervisor on all products that are getting low, any product that is on hold and take appropriate actions. Inform Warehouse Supervisor of any warehouse supplies that need to be replenished.
  • Proficient with the Label View program to produce, inventory and log all product labels.
  • Maintain daily sanitation schedule.
    • Perform all necessary criteria:
    • Incoming Inspection criteria requirements
    • Warehouse operation criteria requirements
    • Receiving Instructions criteria requirements
    • Truck Inspection Reporting criteria requirements
    • Damaged Freight Reporting criteria requirements
    • Daily In/Out Inventory Records/Reporting criteria requirements
    • Raw Materials Inspection / Record keeping
    • Perform cycle counts and make inventory adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of previous shipping/receiving/warehouse experience.
  • 1-2 years’ previous manufacturing experience
  • Must have a good driving record and able to be DOT qualified.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Knowledge of computer software applications
  • Certified Forklift Operator or willingness to learn
