What You Will Do

  • Prepare items for service which include, but is not limited to, sushi, maki, nigiri and sashimi

Butcher whole fish and cut, trim and prepare consumer-sized portions of fish


What You Will Need
  • 3+ years of sushi experience
  • Excellent knife skills which include sushi and sashimi knives
  • High end level restaurant experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitality
  • Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
