Job Summary:
The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner, supporting the culinary team in delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

W

ash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in a designated area.

O

perate dishwashing machines and maintain proper sanitation levels by following hygiene protocols.

E

nsure that all dishware is stored properly and organized according to kitchen standards.

S

weep and mop kitchen floors as needed, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

D

ispose of waste and recyclables according to established guidelines.

A

ssist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.

S

upport kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.

ollow safety and sanitation policies consistently to ensure food safety.

ollaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

revious experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

bility to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused under pressure.

trong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

xcellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

bility to work cohesively as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

bility to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
