Master Technician
Are you looking to utilize your technician experience with a reputable company in the Lee's Summit area? Do you enjoy working with others in a fun service environment? This is a great opportunity to join the McCarthy Auto Group family and utilize your experience.

Job Duties:
  • Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including flushes, oil changes, etc.
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years tech experience
  • CDJR tech experience highly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred
  • Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair
