LRW Concepts, LLC is seeking a hardworking, energetic Barback to support our bar team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience at our highenergy brunch destination.

Brunch & Sip Studio City LA:

Position: Barback

Location: In person required: 11801 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604

Shift: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Holidays and Weekends (Mandatory)

Starting Salary: $16.50 plus Tips

Expected Hours: 15 30 per week (Based on business needs)

Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

Were looking for a Server Assistant who thrives in a fastpaced environment, loves being part of a dynamic team, and knows how to keep the brunch party flowing. If you bring hustle, positivity, and a genuine passion for hospitality, youll fit right in with our brunchloving crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Support our bartenders during highvolume brunch service

Restock spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies

Keep the bar area clean, organized, and guestready

Assist with prep work before and after service

Run dishes, bus bar tops, and jump in wherever needed

Maintain a positive, teamfirst attitude even when the rush hits

What Were Looking For:

Experience in a bar or restaurant setting (bar backing a plus)

Someone who thrives in a fast, fun, highvolume environment

Strong communication and hustle you move with purpose

Ability to lift, carry, and stay on your feet throughout service

A team player who brings good energy and professionalism

Friendly, upbeat attitude with a genuine love for hospitality

Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure

Comfortable communicating clearly with guests and teammates

Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, loud, and lively environmentstanding strong through every shift

Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds (think kegs, cases, and brunch setups!)

Available to work nights, weekends, and holidaysbecause brunch never sleeps!

Must have a current Food Handlers Certification
