Brunch & Sip Studio City LA:
At Brunch & Sip, we're not your average brunch spot. Position: Barback
Location: In person required: 11801 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604
Shift: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Holidays and Weekends (Mandatory)
Starting Salary: $16.50 plus Tips
Expected Hours: 15 - 30 per week (Based on business needs)
Supervisory: No direct reports. Reports to Managers and Leads

Position Summary:
We're a lively, music-driven brunch destination where the energy is high, the plates are
stacked tall, and the vibes are unmatched. We're looking for a Server Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being part of a dynamic team, and knows how to keep the brunch party flowing. If you bring hustle, positivity, and a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll fit right in with our brunch-loving crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support our bartenders during high-volume brunch service
• Restock spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Assist with prep work before and after service
• Run dishes, bus bar tops, and jump in wherever needed
• Maintain a positive, team-first attitude even when the rush hits
What We're Looking For:
• Experience in a bar or restaurant setting (bar backing a plus)
• Someone who thrives in a fast, fun, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and hustle - you move with purpose
• Ability to lift, carry, and stay on your feet throughout service
• A team player who brings good energy and professionalism
• Friendly, upbeat attitude with a genuine love for hospitality
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
• Comfortable communicating clearly with guests and teammates
• Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, loud, and lively environment-standing strong through every shift
• Able to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds (think kegs, cases, and brunch setups!)
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays-because brunch never sleeps!
• Must have a current Food Handler's Certification
