Full Time | Friday through Tuesday

We are looking for an experienced and reliable AM Brunch / Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is focused on brunch preparation, egg cookery, weekend brunch execution, and weekday grill service.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working a busy brunch line, is confident with all styles of egg preparation, and understands the organization, speed, and consistency required to execute a high volume Saturday and Sunday brunch service.

Friday: Brunch Prep, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: Brunch Execution, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: Brunch Execution, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monday: Grill Cook, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday: Grill Cook, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Execute Saturday and Sunday brunch service efficiently and consistently
• Prepare eggs to proper specifications, including scrambled, fried, poached, and other brunch preparations
• Maintain strong timing and communication while handling multiple egg orders during high volume service
• Prepare and execute grill items according to recipes, temperatures, and restaurant standards
• Complete Friday prep to ensure the kitchen is fully prepared for weekend brunch
• Set up, maintain, and break down assigned stations
• Maintain consistent portioning, presentation, and food quality
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth ticket flow and coordinated execution
• Take ownership of the station and help lead an organized and seamless brunch service
• Complete daily product counts and accurate AM prep lists
• Maintain proper labeling, storage, rotation, and organization of food
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with breakdown and closing responsibilities

• Previous experience working brunch and grill stations in a high volume restaurant
• Strong egg cookery skills are required
• Experience executing busy Saturday and Sunday brunch services
• Ability to manage multiple orders while maintaining proper cook temperatures and presentation
• Strong sense of urgency, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and consistent during high volume service
• Reliable, punctual, and prepared for every scheduled shift
• Comfortable taking ownership of a station and helping lead service
• Must be available for the full Friday through Tuesday schedule

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their station, understands the importance of preparation, and can consistently deliver a strong brunch service from the first ticket through the end of the shift.
