Job description

Position: Delivery Driver

We are looking for an individual to join our team Delivery Driver with a background in warehouse logistics and transportation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking up product from our production facility and delivering it to clients in a safe, efficient manner. Shifts are typically from 4 AM - 11 AM and requires building relationships with store receivers. We deliver to large stores like Whole Foods, medium stores like Andronicos and Mollie Stones, and small mom & pop grocery stores like Lake Shore Produce and Star Market. We deliver all over the Bay Area from Mill Valley down to Campbell.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bring products to stores in a timely manner
  • Stock shelves as needed by customer
  • Check item levels and deliver invoices
  • Problem solve issues on the road
  • Maintain a customer service oriented attitude
  • Maintain a clean work environment (in a vehicle, at a store, at our facility, and etc)
  • Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and safe driving practices

Requirements:

  • English proficiency in speaking and writing
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • C-class drivers license
  • Clean driving record
  • Basic math and reading skills (for invoices, route sheets, and delivery log)
  • Use of GPS/route navigation apps

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
